Responsibilities of HR Coordinator include:

  • The HR Coordinator will assist with recruiting efforts
  • Entering and maintaining employee information
  • The HR Coordinator will handle onboarding
  • The HR Coordinator will visit college campuses, career fairs
  • Updating and maintaining job posting ads
  • Pipeline generation of new candidates
  • Applicant tracking system knowledge
Responsibilities for HR Coordinator:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior HR/talent acquisition experience needed
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
