Promanco, a Real Estate Management, Development and Construction company based in Marietta, OH is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team!

As an Electrician, you would be responsible for inspecting, testing, installing, and repairing electrical equipment and systems following all regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans layout, installs and repairs wiring, electrical apparatus and control equipment.
• Follows diagrams or blueprints, ensuring that concealed wiring is properly installed before unit completion.
• Plans new or modified installations to minimize waste materials.
• Provides access for future maintenance and avoids unsightly and local electrical codes; mounts assembled components (i.e., control panels, electrical drive motors and other electrical components) on chassis panel.
• Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays and circuit breaker panels.
• Connects power cables to equipment such as electric range or motor and installs grounding leads.
• Tests continuity of circuits to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components.
• Observes the functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation or replacement.
• Repairs faulty equipment or systems.

Qualifications and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid drivers license.
• Good knowledge of the tools, materials, and methods used in drywall and ceiling finishing.
• Ability to interpret construction blueprints.
• Knowledge of the applicable safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours.
